Returns

Sealed pantry goods: unused, unopened, within 7 days of delivery. Open food is not taken back unless the lot is unsafe.

Request a return from the order page. Warehouse must receive the goods before restock. Refunds go back on the same rail you paid.

RTO and door-refuse on unpaid COD is a cancel, not a refund. Lost or damaged in transit opens a refund if you already paid.

GST credit notes follow captured refunds. Partial line credit is available when a jar is short or missing.
